Our oldest son is at the age where he is trying to figure out what he wants to be when he grows up. Right now he is very fascinated with the idea of owning a restaurant. He has even gone so far as to research menu and brochure printing companies. He would like to have food on the menu from around the world. He really loves to cook and I try to encourage him whenever I can to practice his cooking skills. I don’t know that I believe he is meant to be a chef but considering that he is only thirteen there is room for a change of direction in the future. I am just happy that he has plans for the future and isn’t just living in the moment.
