Eat this?

I recently was asked about a book in my collection called “Eat this, not that”. Someone wanted to know if I recommended buying the books. I would not buy them but I would borrow them from the library and read through them. They are quite interesting. The eating out one was interesting but covered lots of places not around my area of the country. But you can use the tips for just about any restaurant. The kid one was very eye opening. While I already knew most of the info posted in the book it still was shocking to have the items listed the way they do. The supermarket one is another really interesting read and had a few shockers.

I did not buy mine. The publisher sent me the ones I have but knowing what I know already I would just borrow and read. For some people though I think it’s a good thing to have in the house.
