Dreaming of a run.

I am now in the final days until I am able to have this cast removed from my leg. It is something I think I am looking forward to with the same level of anticipation that I had for the birth of my children. It will feel so good to be able to walk on two feet again. I know I won’t be able to hit the fitness equipment right off the bat but it doesn’t stop me from dreaming. I would so very much love to be able to take a nice long run or for that matter even a leisurely stroll. You just don’t know how annoying it is to not have full use of your body until it happens. I really feel for anyone who faces lifelong struggles with mobility after my brief encounter with the limits of a broken leg.
