Cheese?

My wife is in the mindset that we need to learn to be self-sufficient. She has so many projects going that I can’t keep them all straight. As I type she is trying to make homemade cheese for the first time. I am not convinced this is all going to pan out but I am biting my lip. My inclination is to just go to the store to buy cheese. She is convinced that making cheese will be easier, cheaper, and healthier. So far I cannot see where it is any cheaper given what the supplies thus far have cost us. I am hoping that after the initial investment things will be cheaper and that she is able to obtain her goals. At this moment all I see is a big pot of hot milk.
